On a Scarlet shield-shaped embroidered device with semi-circular base, 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height and 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width edged with a 3/8 inch (.96cm) Yellow border, a yellow notch on each side at the horizontal center line, four diagonal lightning flashes conjoined from upper right to lower left consisting of four colors, Black over Red over White over Green. The beret flash was approved on 16 Jun 2000.
Background Trimming
On a Scarlet oval-shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch (.32cm) Yellow border, 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in width and 1 3/8 inches (3.49cm) in height, four diagonal lightning flashes conjoined from upper right to lower left consisting of four colors, Black over Red over White over Green. The background trimming was approved on 16 Jun 2000.
